HAWE V30D Hydraulic Axial Piston Pump is a variable displacement axial piston pump for open-circuit industrial hydraulics. It operates according to the swash plate principle and adjusts the geometric output volume to match system demand. HAWE describes the V30D as a sturdy pump that is particularly suitable for continuous operation in challenging applications. This makes it relevant for industrial hydraulic systems where reliable pressure control, long operating time and flexible pump control are important.
The V30D series covers displacement sizes of 45, 75, 96, 115, 142, 164 and 250 cm3/rev. Most V30D sizes operate at 350 bar nominal pressure and 420 bar peak pressure, while the 115 and 164 cm3/rev versions offers at 250 bar nominal and 300 bar peak pressure, with HAWE V30D Pump higher pressures are possible with reduced geometric displacement. The pump supports right, left or on selected sizes, either rotation direction when viewed at the shaft journal.
HAWE offers spline and parallel key shaft options, DIN ISO 3019-2 and SAE flange versions, and a thru-shaft option for operating additional hydraulic pumps in series. Controller flexibility is a major advantage of the V30D. HAWE offers load-sensing controllers, pressure controllers, power controllers and delivery flow controllers, including electro-proportional and hydraulic flow-control versions. The pump is also designed for tandem-pump applications where full torque is available at the second pump.
HAWE V30D Hydraulic Axial Piston Pump also known for low-noise emissions, long lifetime under demanding application conditions and broad controller selection. Supported applications include hydraulic presses, marine applications, industrial plants, power pack assembly, mining and tunnel boring machines. The pump uses hydraulic fluid according to DIN 51524 Parts 1 to 3 and ISO VG 10 to 68, with ISO 4406 cleanliness level 19/17/14.
The size range also gives designers a choice between smaller industrial power packs and larger continuous-duty systems without moving away from the same V30D product family. Minimum continuous speed is listed at 500 min-1, and the documented basic pump weight ranges from 40 to 130 kg before controller additions.
