Nachi Internal Gear Pump IPH with Metric Shaft

Nachi IPH series internal gear pump equipped with a metric shaft is an industrial hydraulic pump of the fixed-displacement type that is specifically designed to meet requirements for high pressure, minimal operational noise level, and reliable oil distribution in industrial hydraulic systems. This pump integrates features of the IPH hydraulic pump line and a metric shaft design to fit metric drives.

The internal operating mechanism of IPH pump makes use of internal gear concept. A smaller-sized pinion having external teeth rotates within a bigger sized internal gear with internal teeth. While the gears come out of mesh at the suction side, the enlargement in volume of the chamber creates a suction effect for the oil that goes inside the pump.

The most important characteristics of the Nachi IPH pump is that it has an axial and radial pressure-loaded mechanism which is patented. It is designed in such a way that it regulates the internal clearance of the pump based on the hydraulic pressure. When pressure increases, the system ensures efficient sealing of the internal parts. The pump thus operates efficiently up to 30 MPa or 300 bar.

Nachi IPH series displacement range is between 3.6 to 125.9 cm³/rev. The family of products consists of five models including IPH-2, IPH-3, IPH-4, IPH-5 and IPH-6 pump sizes. Such wide range gives a possibility for choosing the pump depending on the needed flow, drive speed, pressure and motor power. The metric-shaft range includes several displacement options across these pump sizes.
