HAWE V60N Hydraulic Axial Piston Pump

HAWE V60N Hydraulic Axial Piston Pump is a variable displacement axial piston pump for open-circuit mobile hydraulics. It operates according to the swash plate principle and it is designed for the power take-off of commercial vehicles. This pump works with a slim design matching PTO installation, which is useful where hydraulic power must be integrated into a vehicle drivetrain with limited space. The pump is also available with a thru-shaft option for operating additional hydraulic pumps.

HAWE V60N range includes displacement sizes of 60, 90, 110 and 130 cm3/rev. HAWE V60N 060, 090 and 110 series 03 versions provides 350 bar nominal pressure and 400 bar peak pressure. The 110 series 04 and 130 versions are designed with 400 bar nominal pressure and 450 bar peak pressure. Their maximum speed during suction operation ranges from 2500 min-1 on the 060 size to 2100 min-1 on the 130 size, while zero-stroke speed at 3000 min-1 across the size range. The pump supports right or left rotation direction.

HAWE V60N Hydraulic Axial Piston Pump features mounting flanges according to DIN ISO 7652, DIN ISO 3019-1 or DIN ISO 3019-2, with DIN and SAE shaft/flange versions depending on size. The pump's controller options include load-sensing controllers, QP delivery flow controller, electro-proportional flow controllers, pressure controllers, electro-proportional pressure controllers and power controllers. HAWE V60N has an optimized power-to-weight ratio, broad controller selection, thru-shaft compatibility and high self-suction speed as key advantages.

This pump commonly used in applications such as municipal trucks, fire trucks, loading cranes and lifting platforms, tipper trucks and skip trucks, suction dredgers and sewer cleaning vehicles. HAWE V60N Pump hydraulic fluid is specified to DIN 51524 Parts 1 to 3 and ISO VG 10 to 68, with ISO 4406 cleanliness level 19/17/14. The V60N also has an absolute inlet pressure requirement of 0.85 bar in open-circuit operation and a minimum continuous speed of 500 min-1. HAWE also has biologically degradable HEPG and HEES fluids, which are also suitable up to the specified operating temperature limit when compatibility required.
