HAWE K60N Hydraulic Axial Piston Pump

HAWE K60N Hydraulic Axial Piston Pump is a fixed displacement axial piston pump for mobile hydraulic systems. It is designed for open circuits and, according to the HAWE documentation, can be used in open or semi-closed circuit arrangements. The pump works on the bent axis principle and provides a constant geometric displacement, so the delivery flow depends directly on pump speed.

HAWE K60N features displacement sizes from 12.6 to 108.0 cm3/rev, all with a nominal pressure of 400 bar. This makes the K60N a suitable choice where a robust constant-flow pump is required on mobile equipment. The K60N is intended mainly for installation on the power take-off of commercial vehicle transmissions. It uses mounting flanges according to DIN ISO 3019-1 and can be mounted in any installation position, which helps simplify vehicle and machine integration. HAWE specifies SAE-B and SAE-C shaft and flange versions depending on nominal size.

The pump supports clockwise or anticlockwise rotation, and the rotating direction can be changed by turning the end of the pump by 180 degrees. Continuous rotation speed reaches 2300 rpm on sizes 012 to 034, 1900 rpm on sizes 040 to 064 and 1500 rpm on sizes 084 and 108. HAWE highlights the K60N for its optimized power-to-weight ratio, slim design, long lifetime and smooth running across the entire speed range. The pressure connection is G 3/4 BSPP on sizes 012 to 064 and G 1 BSPP on sizes 084 to 108, with one G 1/2 BSPP drain port.
