HAWE V30E Hydraulic Axial Piston Pump

HAWE V30E Hydraulic Axial Piston Pump is a variable displacement axial piston pump for open-circuit mobile hydraulics. It uses the swash plate principle and is built as a sturdy pump for continuous operation in challenging applications. HAWE also provides a thru-shaft option, allowing the V30E to operate with additional hydraulic pumps in series. This makes it suitable for larger mobile machines where several hydraulic circuits may need to be supplied from a compact pump arrangement.

HAWE V30E range includes three displacement sizes: 98, 160 and 270 cm3/rev. All three comes with 350 bar nominal pressure and 420 bar peak pressure. This pump comes with many advance features for example when HFC pressure fluid is used, the peak pressure is 300 bar. The pumpalso supports right or left rotation direction and can be mounted by flange mounting or foot bracket. The shaft options include spline shaft and parallel key versions, with DIN and SAE flange versions available depending on size.

HAWE V30E Hydraulic Axial Piston Pump specifies maximum rotation speed during suction operation of 2500, 2100 and 1800 min-1 for the 095, 160 and 270 sizes respectively, with zero-stroke speed ratings of 2900, 2500 and 2000 min-1. Controller options include pressure controllers, load-sensing controllers, power controllers and flow controllers. HAWE also offers PM/BVPM controller versions and the EM.CH electro-hydraulic delivery flow controller, which can adjust displacement between zero and maximum.

This pump has hydraulic fluid according to DIN 51524 Parts 1 to 3 and ISO VG 10 to 68, with a viscosity range of 10 to 1000 mm2/s and an optimal range of approximately 16 to 35 mm2/s. The V30E is used in forestry and agricultural machines, cranes and lifting equipment, and construction machines. The documented weights range from 54 to 126 kg without controllers, helping equipment designers compare the installation load for each size. HAWE V30E Hydraulic Axial Piston Pump also has a minimum continuous speed of 500 min-1 and an absolute inlet pressure requirement of 0.85 bar in open-circuit operation.
