HYDAC PPV 103 Hydraulic Axial Piston Pump

HYDAC PPV 103 Hydraulic Axial Piston Pump is a reliable light-duty variable displacement pump designed for use in open hydraulic systems. The pump is used to regulate hydraulic fluid flow and pressure with an effective performance in devices that require compact construction and reliable performance. The PPV 103 pumps series includes a selection of different displacement capacity of up to 145 cm³/rev that can be chosen by the user depending on the system flow, pressure and power requirements.

Depending on the chosen model, HYDAC PPV 103 pumps provide pressure rate up to 250 bar and work up to 1800 rpm speed. This pump series offer drive power up to 62 kW, which makes it suitable for a wide range of light and medium hydraulic applications. The adjustable displacement allows to provide a match between the pump flow and the real needs of the hydraulic system. Therefore, it decrease unnecessary energy consumption, control temperature and improve machine performance.

There are two types of controls offered with the pump. These include standard pressure control and remote pressure control. In case of standard pressure control, the flow rate is automatically decreased by the pump until the pressure reaches the set pressure point before maintaining the pressure needed. For the remote pressure control option, the full cut-off pressure is adjustable with the help of a pilot relief valve or multistage pressure control valve.

HYDAC PPV 103 pumps are compatible with standard hydraulic mineral oils and rust and oxidation inhibited hydraulic fluids. They have a normal viscosity range from 20 to 400 cSt and can operate with oil temperatures ranging from -20°C to +95°C. Appropriate filtration and hydraulic fluid cleanliness ensure protection of internal components and help increase the lifespan of the pump.
