The Oilgear PFCS-580 Series is a heavy-duty, fixed-displacement axial piston pump designed for applications requiring very high hydraulic flow rates and reliable operation. The displacement volume is 588 ml/rev, which allows the delivery of large volumes of fluid per shaft revolution, especially for industrial systems that necessitate high fluid throughput and strong power output with a long running life.

This model runs on an open-loop configuration and is designed for tough working conditions. It supports a maximum continuous pressure rating of 500 bar and operates at rotational speeds up to 2200 RPM, giving it strong performance under sustained high-load use.

Inside the PFCS-580, robust construction ensures reliability and longevity. The pump relies on a stationary-piston block construction with hardened pistons in stationary cylinders. This design eliminates centrifugal stresses and reduces internal wear, making it more resistant to contamination and ensuring stable operation even with low-viscosity or water-based hydraulic fluids.

Due to the fact that it is fixed-displacement, the PFCS-580 offers consistent, repetitive flow per shaft revolution. This makes the design of hydraulic systems easier and more predictable.
