The PVV-200 Variable Displacement Axial Piston Pump delivers high-horsepower hydraulic performance in open-loop systems where power, response and durability matter. With a maximum displacement of 200 cc/rev this pump is designed for large industrial machinery, rugged mobile platforms and hydraulic applications that demand high flow, high pressure and long life. The PVV-200 series is built where lesser pumps fail.

This pump can sustain continuous pressures in the 401 bar range and peaks even higher, combined with a maximum speed under 2,000 RPM. At 1,000 RPM the PVV-200 will deliver about 47 gpm (~178 l/min); at 1,500 RPM it will move roughly 72 gpm (~273 l/min); and at 1,800 RPM around 86 gpm (~326 l/min) under rated conditions. These performance figures mean the PVV-200 can handle strong hydraulic flow under big dynamic loads and long operating hours.

Durability and system life is built in. The pump has a pressure-lubricated swashblock, polymer journal bearings, hardened cylinder wear surfaces and a sealed front shaft bearing. The “hard-on-hard” rotating group resists contamination and can run with low viscosity fluids – important in demanding applications where fluid quality or temperature may vary. This internal architecture means fewer maintenance intervals and more uptime.

Response and control is key with the PVV-200. A fast-acting displacement control system allows the pump to adjust flow quickly and smoothly to the system demand. This is especially useful in applications such as test stands, large presses, mining machines, marine hydraulic drives or heavy-duty mobile units where motion control and power transitions must be precise.The PVV-200 has an ISO 200 or SAE “E” 4-bolt face mounting flange, various shaft options and can be ported side or rear.
