Oilgear PFBA-4 Fixed Displacement Piston Pump is a heavy-duty, fixed-displacement axial piston pump designed for hydraulic systems that need steady, high-pressure performance and durability. With a displacement of 9.25cc per revolution, it delivers a constant, predictable flow that's perfect for applications like industrial presses, high-pressure test rigs, lubrication systems, intensifier units, and heavy-duty forming machines.
This pump has ability to operate reliably at pressure range up to 1000 bar that makes it suitable pump for high-pressure tasks that smaller units can't handle. And yet it still works with low-viscosity fluids like water-based or low-lubricity hydraulic oils - a real plus in systems where the quality of the fluid can vary wildly. That flexibility makes it a really valuable asset in all sorts of hydraulic systems.
PFBA-4 is built with a stationary piston body design and six hardened steel pistons which makes it durable when it is running at high speed. These features reduce internal wear and tear and extends the life of the pump which enables the pumps to run at their peak performance. It also includes a sealed-valve arrangement and hardened wear surfaces to help keep contamination out. Thw pump is perfect for the tough industrial or Marine equipment.
At a typical operating speed (that's 1800 RPM) and running at full bore, the PFBA-4 will deliver a steady 4.12 gallons per minute (or thereabouts 15.6 litres per minute) flow rate. This is exactly the kind of performance you need for high-pressure fluid delivery jobs.
PFBA-4 pump is a fixed-displacement pump with a robust internal design, this is also great for applications where you need pressure and flow to remain steady and consistent, like hydraulic presses, lubrication systems, test rigs or marine hydraulic circuits. This pump will deliver you the constant pressure and performance.
