The PFCS-440 Fixed Displacement Axial Piston Pump by Oilgear is a heavy-duty hydraulic pump that serves in applications requiring large fluid volume, high pressure, and long-term reliability. Its displacement of 468 ml/rev means that this pump serves best in high-pressure industrial work, such as forging presses, rubber pad presses, die forging, and other heavy-duty hydraulic systems that depend on consistent and predictable flow and power.

This model operates on an open-loop circuit and is designed for arduous applications. It provides for a continuous pressure rating up to 700 bar, operating at up to 2200 RPM, to give it strength and durability to sustain hard work and long hours of service.

Inside, PFCS-440 uses a rugged design: 18 hardened steel pistons are housed in stationary cylinders, eliminating centrifugal stress and reducing wear. The pump features a double-sided, counterbalanced swashblock with replaceable wear plates, which simplifies maintenance and extends service life. Its stationary-piston design and sturdy valve arrangement provide excellent resistance to contamination and support use with low-viscosity or water-based hydraulic fluids - making it versatile for a variety of fluid-power systems.

Due to its fixed-displacement nature, PFCS-440 provides a constant, repetitive flow in every revolution of the shaft.
