Oilgear XD5-100 Variable Displacement Axial Piston Pump is designed for hydraulic systems that need high flow, compact installation and long term performance. With a displacement of 98.4 cc/rev this pump delivers strong hydraulic output in a small package, ideal for mobile machinery, industrial power packs and off road equipment where space and weight need to be managed.
Built for tough working environments the XD5-100 performs well under continuous pressures up to 350 bar and up to 2,600 RPM. This combination of high pressure and fast rotational speed means the pump will produce flow even during demanding duty cycles. At 1,800 RPM and full displacement it will deliver approximately 42.4 gpm which is enough for large hydraulic circuits and high load applications.
Durability is one of the key strengths of the XD5-100. The pump has a hydrodynamic bearing system that supports the rotating group, reducing wear and ensuring smooth movement during heavy loads. Oilgear’s hard-on-hard internal surface technology also increases contamination tolerance so the pump can work with varying fluid conditions and low viscosity hydraulic oils. These design features will extend service life and reduce maintenance frequency especially in harsh outdoor environments or continuous duty applications.
