Oilgear D-825 Legacy Variable Displacement Hydraulic Pump comes from the ever-renowned D series. This series has made a name for having the ability to withstand and resist tough and stringent applications. Coming from this series, the D-825 pump has quality features to ensure efficiency in performance. The device operates as a two-way, variable displacement pump, and it performs impressively by offering smooth and reliable hydraulic operation. This device has the capability to work at a continuous pressure rating of up to 3000 psi.

This is a legacy pump that has been made to offer unparalleled speed and flow control as demanded by processing machines that need precise and repeatable motion. This is made possible through its variable displacement capability that ensures hydraulic power is utilized only proportionally to the task accomplished. This not only enables it to eliminate energy losses and unnecessary generation of heat. This feature makes the Oilgear D-825 pump suitable for operations that demand precise control and stability.

Oilgear D-825 press design consists of a number of radial rolling piston elements that give the press a high pressure rating. The press is designed to work well with one or two control choices. It also has high-pressure relief valves to improve the safety of the press. Additionally, the press design comprises a pintle check type suction/return valve that allows the press to work well when the two-way hydraulic press is both differential and non-differential. The two-way press design allows the elimination of a large number of direction control and flow valves.

Despite being labeled as a legacy pump, the D-825 remains relevant to this day as an alternative for replacement, retrofit, and service projects requiring proven Oilgear performance. In standard applications, Oilgear recommends employing the PVV line of pumps; the D-825 remains a viable option for servicing an existing system, however.
