Oilgear D-15035 Legacy Variable Displacement Pump has been designed as a high performance two-way hydraulic pump particularly suited for open loop applications which require accurate speed control as well as high efficiency and long life performance. The Oilgear D Series legacy range includes this particular model which has been based on many years of successful radial rolling piston design.
This D-15035 series of solenoid valves has been made with variable delivery in mind. Power will be utilized only as it is needed for the amount of work it will produce. This intelligent actuation will allow for less power loss as heat buildup and will not need any throttling of the fluid with the use of orifices as well as flow-restricting valves.
The Oilgear D-15035 pumps have a maximum displacement of 416.06 cc/rev. These pumps have a wide variety of flow rates that depend on the size and speed of the pumps. The pumps are capable of a maximum speed of 900 RPM and are designed to withstand a continuous pressure of 4000 PSI. The pumps possess the ability to function reversely through the use of a pump-control operation that does not require the use of a directional valve.
The D-15035 series includes a positive variable delivery radial rolling piston pump with control choices of one or two, high-pressure relief valves, and a gear pump with a relief valve integrated. The inclusion of a pintle-type suction and return valve system in Oilgear electric pumps increases reliability for both differential and non-differential hydraulic circuits. Such components make hydraulics easier and more intuitive, with less need for electric control.
Typical applications include metal forming presses, processing equipment, material handling equipment, and industrial power units in which accurate speed control and hydraulic reliability are required. Although D Series relates to a traditional product line, Oilgear always recommends migrating from D Series to their current model, PVV Pumps.
