Oilgear C-411 Radial Rolling Piston Pump is a compact constant delivery hydraulic pump developed specifically for open-loop applications where reliable performance, smooth operation, and durability are required. Introduced as part of the Oilgear “Legendary” C Series pumps, the C-411 Radial Rolling Piston Pump builds on the reliability principle that has been the foundation of reliable hydraulic pumps since 1921.”
The pump has a one-way, fixed displacement design that ensures high hydraulic flow with less noise and vibration. The design is perfect for a light to medium hydraulic application where high precision is required. The pump has a radial rolling piston design that ensures low noise and high precision during the hydraulic operation.
The maximum displacement per revolution stands at 24.08 cc/rev, and the oilgear C-411 ensures stable flow depending on the size and type of the oil pump, the maximum working pressure, and the oil shaft speed. Fluid discharge here occurs in one direction, although the use of directional control valves enables opposite discharge if needed. It can operate at a maximum of 1800 RPM and a maximum continuous pressure of 1500 psi. This makes the C-411 pump suitable for use in those applications where moderate pressure and a steady flow are needed.
All Oilgear C-411 pumps come equipped with a flanged adjustable relief valve. Overloading is also protected against. The C-411 is offered with a reversible, clockwise, or counter-clockwise rotating shaft. The CG series is also offered with a gear pump, relief valves, or auxiliary or pilot valves, as well as suction, check, or back-pressure relief valves depending on supercharge requirements.
