The rotation direction, mounting face, shaft, inlet and outlet locations, and drive connection have to be identical to those of the existing pump installation. Ensure that the pump is filled up with the proper hydraulic oil or use the machine service procedures for priming the pump. Start operating the pump at light loads while checking for leaks, noise, flow reaction, and temperature of the pump. Do not increase the pressure of the pump but measure the pressure.
Prior to delivery, please provide the make and model of the machine along with the serial number, the part number of the pump you have removed and the photographs of the ports, shaft, and mounting face of the pump. This will ensure that we do not send a visually identical but incompatible pump. It would be ideal if you could keep the pump you have removed until you have successfully installed the new pump.
