Oilgear PVL-250 Axial Piston Hydraulic Pump is designed for use in heavy-duty open-loop hydraulic power plants requiring either pressurizing or flow. This product comes under the successful series of Oilgear – the PVL series and possess a modular design for efficient functionality and reliable performance.
The PVL-250, which is intended for use under long periods of high pressure, provides maximum continuous pressure of 5000 psi and is ideal for use in processes operating under constant pressure conditions. The two-way delivery function of the PVL-250 ensures the possibility of versatile integration, and the modularity of the device ensures serviceability and reconfiguration without the necessity of replacing the whole device.
With an average displacement rate of up to 430.73 cc/rev, this PVL-250 has high hydraulic output. At standard drive speed and standard pressure, this unit is capable of generating an amazing flow rate of 122 GPM. High flow rate ensures smooth motion of the actuator, good pressure control, and high response rate.
This pump is meant for an open-loop hydraulic system and is operable using normal hydraulic fluids. It also has an MOP or maximum operating speed of 1200 RPM, thereby making it non-damaging to its inner components. This PVL-250 is also able to work under peak pressure of 6500 psi. Internally, the PVL-250 employs strengthened rotatory parts and machined surfaces to lower internal leakage and enhance durability.
