The Oilgear PFCM-130 Series Fixed Displacement Axial Piston Pump is designed for very powerful high-pressure hydraulic applications that require continuous, dependable performance. By design, a displacement of 136.4 ml/rev develops a strong and steady flow, making this pump an ideal choice for heavy-duty industries where reliability and consistent output are imperative.
The PFCM-130 is designed for operation in open-loop circuits, and it supports very high operating pressures, up to 1000 bar. The pump may thus be used with heavy-duty hydraulic machinery like forging presses, extrusion systems, high-pressure test rigs, intensifiers, metal-forming equipment, and marine or industrial power units. Its capability to maintain stable flow under extreme pressure conditions gives it a great advantage in critical and continuous-duty applications.
Internally, the pump utilizes Oilgear's rugged stationary-piston design. The stationary-piston block eliminates centrifugal loading on pistons, reducing internal wear and extending service life even when used at high speeds or under heavy loads. Hardened internal surfaces, strong bearing support, and precision-machined components ensure superior reliability, smooth operation, and excellent contamination tolerance.
The PFCM-130 also works with a wide range of hydraulic fluids, including low-viscosity oils and special or water-based fluids. This flexibility allows the engineer to use it in systems requiring advanced or fire-resistant hydraulic media while still maintaining stable lubrication and performance.
