The Oilgear PFCM-100 is a fixed-displacement axial piston pump designed for high-pressure, heavy-duty hydraulic systems. It provides a fixed and reliable flow per shaft revolution, ideal for configurations requiring stable output, repeatability, and robustness.
Constructed on the proven PFCM series platform, the PFCM-100 resists extreme pressure loads up to 1000 bar ≈ 14,500 psi, enabling its reliable performance in the most demanding hydraulic applications, such as hydraulic presses, intensifier units, test rigs, extrusion or forging machines, marine hydraulic systems, and special industrial installations.
This pump features a stationary-piston block and hardened internal components, which are designed for very long service life and heavy workload resistance. The robust construction reduces internal wear and improves contamination tolerance even when used with low-viscosity or modern hydraulic fluids. The PFCM-100 will support both standard oils and advanced fluid types, giving flexibility in hydraulic system design.
The hydrodynamic thrust bearing with forced lubrication on the internal architecture of the pump takes care of the thrust loads. This design keeps rotation stable and smooth, thus allowing operation under severe conditions with minimum maintenance.
