The Oilgear PVG-130 Variable Displacement Axial Piston Pump is designed for heavy duty hydraulic systems that require high flow, precise control and consistent performance. With a displacement of 130 cc/rev this pump delivers hydraulic power while running smooth under varying load conditions. It’s used in both industrial machinery and mobile hydraulic applications where reliability and efficiency is key.
The PVG-130 operates up to 2,400 RPM and can handle continuous pressure up to 258 bar and higher peak pressures when required. This makes it a great choice for equipment that runs long hours and requires hydraulic power without interruption. At 1,800 RPM under ideal inlet and load conditions the pump produces 57.6 gpm, perfect for large hydraulic circuits and high demand environments.
Oilgear has engineered this pump for long life. The internal structure has a hydrodynamic bearing that supports the cylinder barrel reducing friction and internal wear. The rotating group has a hard-on-hard design improving contamination tolerance and allowing the pump to run with low viscosity hydraulic fluids. These design choices increase service life and reduce downtime in harsh environments.
The PVG-130 also has a fast four way pilot operated displacement control system. This allows for fast and smooth flow control making the pump ideal for applications that require precise motion control, quick response time and consistent performance. This is especially useful in industrial presses, construction machinery, mining equipment, heavy duty mobile systems and high pressure hydraulic units.
The Pump installation flexibility is another big plus. The pump has multiple porting options top, bottom and rear and various shaft styles, rotation and sealing materials. The PVG-130 can be easily matched to different system designs and mounting requirements. This also makes it suitable for upgrades and replacements in existing hydraulic setups.
