Rexroth A6VE Variable Plug-in Motor – Series 63 is a high-pressure motor that is engineered to integrate seamlessly into mechanical gearboxes such crawlers. These motors are designed in two sizes: 28 and 250. For size 28, the nominal pressure is 400 bar, and for size 250, it is 350 bar. Because of its construction, this motor can withstand maximum pressures of 400 bar and 450 bar, respectively, guaranteeing dependable operation in both open and closed circuit systems.

With its bent-axis design and axial tapered piston rotary group, this variable plug-in motor enables hydrostatic drives in a variety of mobile applications. It is a very space-saving solution because of its centrally situated recessed mounting flange within the motor casing. The motor plugs straight into the mechanical gearbox and is simple to install, requiring no special configuration. Furthermore, it is pre-tested and ready for installation, which minimizes downtime and streamlines integration.​

Rexroth A6VE motor's displacement can be continually changed between Vg max and Vg min, and it can even be set to zero. The motor can satisfy the requirements for both high speed and strong torque thanks to its broad control range. The displacement and flow of the pump determine the motor's output speed, whilst the pressure differential between the high- and low-pressure sides and the displacement cause the output torque to rise.
