Rexroth A4VTG Axial Piston Variable Pump - Series 33 is designed for hydrostatic drives in closed circuits, specially used in mobile concrete mixers. These variable pumps have a swashplate design, which allows flow that is proportionate to displacement and drive speed. As the swashplate passes through the neutral position, the flow direction changes smoothly.
Two pressure-relief valves, which double as boost valves, are integrated into the pump on the high-pressure ports to protect the hydrostatic transmission from overload. These pumps also include an integrated boost pump that functions as a feed pump and control pressure supply. With a nominal pressure of 400 bar (5800 psi) and a maximum pressure of 450 bar (6500 psi), they can function at higher pressure, ensuring constant performance in demanding applications.
Rexroth A4VTG Series 33 comes in sizes 71 to 90, allows for proportional hydraulic or electric control, which provides flexibility for mechanical and electrical systems. They are also appropriate for heavy-duty applications demanding precise flow management and high-pressure tolerance.
