Poclain PM50-52 Axial Piston Pump

Poclain PM50-52 Axial Piston Pump is a heavy duty variable displacement pump for closed loop hydrostatic transmission systems. With a swashplate mechanism it has continuous variable flow in both forward and reverse direction, flow is proportional to speed and swashplate angle. This model has various control options including servo mechanical, servo hydraulic, electrical, electro-proportional, automotive controls, making it suitable for various industrial applications that require precision and flexibility.

Designed with a 52 cm³/rev displacement the PM50-52 has a theoretical flow rate of 187.2 L/min at rated speed for heavy duty applications. It’s rated at 320 bar system pressure and peak pressure up to 400 bar so it can withstand harsh environment. The pump has a charge pump option to maintain circuit pressure and prevent cavitation and ensure smooth operation. This feature extends pump life by reducing internal wear and operating steady under various loads.

Poclain PM50-52 has high pressure relief valves to protect the hydraulic system and optional accessories like flushing valves, displacement limiter and charge line filters. Available in single and tandem configuration, the pump can rotate clockwise and counterclockwise and can be mounted on SAE B and SAE BB flanges.
