Parker Variable Speed Vane Pump—Series T7 (AP) series has been specially designed for variable speed drive applications. These pumps incorporate Denison Vane technology, which is characterized by a very high operating speed range, therefore fitting modern hydraulic systems powered up by electric motors that are equipped with frequency controllers. The T7 Series offers high energy savings of up to 70 percent, reducing electrical power consumption and the cooling requirement. These pumps provide a lower overall system cost since they require fewer valves, a smaller fluid reservoir, and reduced wear of the components.
Due to their pressure-balanced design, T7 pumps provide very stable performance during prolonged operation and assure long-term reliability. Also, the double-lip vane provides less sensitivity for fluid contamination, enhancing durability. Parker T7 pumps are also recognized to produce less noise due to the Denison technology that sustains quiet operation through the pump life cycle. That is very important when noise reduction is necessary, like in industrial and mobile hydraulic systems.
These pumps are available in a number of displacements and offer compact designs that easily fit a wide range of hydraulic configurations. For added versatility and power, the T7 series can also be plumbed together into multi-flow units in demanding applications. This adaptability makes the T7 pumps perfectly suitable for systems requiring variable flow, assuring high performance with energy efficiency in a wide range of hydraulic setups.
