Oilgear PVWW-076 Variable Displacement Axial Piston Hydraulic Pump is specifically designed for use in open-loop hydraulic systems with hydraulic and low lubricity fluids with high concentrations of water. This is part of the PVWW Series line of pumps from Oilgear and is meant for use within applications where hydraulic pumps may have difficulty with the fluids being used.
With the capability to displace a maximum of 76.5 ml/rev, the PVWW-076 has the capability to provide a lot of hydraulic power while still having control over the process. This variable displacement pump has the ability to regulate the flow of the hydraulic fluid without the need for any external intervention. This helps to enhance the performance of the machine by preventing wastage of power.
The pump is designed to work under a rated continuous pressure of 206.9 bar, along with a peak pressure of 241.4 bar. This makes it capable of dealing with tough loading conditions along with peak pressures. With a top speed of 1800 RPM, the PVWW-076 is equipped with a high flow rate capability of 32.6 gpm or 123.6 l/min at a rated pressure along with optimal input conditions.
The PVWW-076 comes with a Frame Size C housing and SAE “C” 2-bolt face mount, which ensures correct installation of the unit. The weighage of 46.8 kg provides the pump with a heavy-duty construction, which ensures the long life of the pump even when operating under harsh conditions. The ports are also accessible from the top, bottom, and rear of the pump, giving more options to the designer of the system regarding the installation of the pumps.
On the inside, the pump features heavy-duty components and low-wear bearing surfaces that improve durability, particularly while operating with low lubrication hydraulic fluids or even water.
