Oilgear PVM-022 Variable Displacement Hydraulic Pump is a variable-displacement, axial-piston pump designed for a wide range of open-loop hydraulic systems that require versatility, efficiency, and dependable operation. Because it features a displacement size of 22 cc/rev maximum, it offers a very good balance between compact size and hydraulic capacity. Therefore, it is suitable for light- to medium-duty industrial, mobile, or auxiliary hydraulic applications.
This pump supports up to 260 bar of continuous operating pressure, hence giving it the strength it requires to handle moderate and demanding hydraulic loads smoothly with constant output. The PVM-022 variable displacement pump allows for flow output to vary based on system demand, creating the ability for more efficient hydraulic circuit designs coupled with better energy use relative to fixed displacement pumps.
The pump is rated for 3600 RPM maximum speed, offering good versatility-whether quick response, moderate flow, or dynamic control is needed under given operating conditions. At a typical operating condition — 1800 RPM, rated pressure — PVM-022 provides a flow around 36.0 litres per minute (≈ 9.5 gallons per minute). This performance makes it well-suited for hydraulic circuits driving actuators, small-to-medium cylinders, auxiliary systems, or machines where controlled flow and smooth operation are required rather than high-volume heavy-duty output.
The PVM-022 internal build is focused on durability and fluid-flexibility.
