The Oilgear D-20035 Legacy Variable Displacement Pump is a heavy-duty hydraulic pump catering to the requirements of applications where control of speed, pressure, and lifespan are crucial. This type of pump functions on a two-way, variable displacement system. The direction of the fluid or the output is directly controlled based upon the displacement. Consequently, the D-20035 caloric fluid circulating oil hydraulic piston pump generates a high degree of responsiveness in the system along with increased system efficiency and lower heat generation. The power consumption is directly proportional to the work done; hence it reduces the energy losses generated due to high throttling or pressure drop.
The Oilgear D-20035 comes with a strong radial rolling piston system that provides a consistent level of performance when operating under high pressure conditions. With a displacement capacity of around 528.97 cc/rev, it can handle high flow rates with pressure control. The built-in system can feature one or two control alternatives, high-pressure relief valves, a gear pump with a relief valve, along with pintle check-type suction/return valves for both two-way, differential, and non-differential systems designed by Oilgear.
