Oilgear D-1225 Legacy Variable Displacement Pump is a compact yet highly capable hydraulic pump designed for applications requiring precise speed control, consistent pressure response, and long-term reliability. Part of Oilgear’s legendary D Series, this model carries forward decades of proven performance in demanding industrial environments. The two-way, variable displacement design enables the pump to provide flow only when it is needed, resulting in outstanding efficiency and responsiveness in open-loop hydraulic systems.
Engineered to handle continuous industrial duty with minimum loss of energy, the D-1225 is a multiple radial rolling piston configuration. The pump instantly responds to electric hand servos or preset speed position controls to give operators smooth and accurate machine motions. This capability makes the D-1225 especially useful in processing machines that must have controlled acceleration, deceleration, and flow reversal.
Oilgear D-1225 features excellent control of hydraulic output with a maximum displacement of 36.65 cc/rev and stable pressure characteristics. The pump operates at speeds up to 1800 RPM and guarantees its performance with a maximum continuous pressure of 3000 psi for high-load conditions. Displacement adjustment according to the requirement of the system minimizes unnecessary power consumption, generated heat, and wear of hydraulic parts.
