D-1217 Legacy Variable Displacement Pump is known for power, reliability and durability. This two-way variable displacement hydraulic pump is tested and proven to perform well under continuous usage conditions over the years in processing machines, manufacturing facilities, and heavy-duty hydraulic systems. Its ruggedness and flow control capabilities make it the most reliable one to work with, especially when accuracy and durability are of utmost importance.

Designed to function in open loop hydraulic circuits, the D-1217 gives consistent results with superior efficiency. With an intended displacement rate of 82.24 cc/rev, this particular pump gives smooth outputs that respond instantly to the operational requirements. The unique feature here is that this pump is a variable delivery pump, offering the advantage of using power only when it is needed, avoiding the loss of efficiency that fixed displacement pumps create.

The D-1217 features a positive, variable delivery radial rolling piston design. This modern design helps the pump support higher pressure as well as ensures consistent flow rates. The pump has a maximum operating pressure of 2100 psi with peak pressures going higher, making it ideal for applications that need proper pressure control without the risk of component deterioration. The pump can support speeds of up to 1800 RPM.

Another benefit of the D-1217 Legacy Variable Displacement Pump is that it reacts instantly to the signals sent to it using electric hand servos or preset speed position controls. The pump reacts this fast to ensure that the operational speed is accurately controlled for the processing machinery. This is very useful because it eliminates the need for multiple directional or flow control valves to be used within the hydraulic system. This is because there are few pieces to maintain the system.

Furthermore, the D-1217 comes equipped with relief valves/high-pressure relief valves, gear pump/with relief valve, as well as a suction/return check valve with a check type. Such components provide a platform for both differential and non-differential two-way systems. Additionally, the reversing of fluid flow is cushioned smoothly.
