Oilgear D-10011 Legacy Variable Displacement Pump is a heavy-duty two-way hydraulic pump designed and built to deliver precise flow control and superior efficiency under adverse operating conditions. Inherently part of the D-Series of pumps by Oilgear, which are renowned as ‘Legacies’ of reliable hydraulic performance through generations of successful design and development.
This is a type of open-loop hydraulic system, and it is designed using the model number D-10011. Its design incorporates a variable displacement and radial rolling piston that is capable of varying the hydraulic output depending on the demand of the system. One of the things that contribute to energy savings is the fact that it consumes power according to the operation that is being carried out.
The maximum displacement of 802.96cc/rev makes it possible for the Oilgear D-10011 to produce large hydraulic flow volumes with smooth and stable operation. The pump is capable of two-way flow, which enables reverse flow instantaneously without using intricate directional control valves. As a result, the hydraulic circuit will be simplified with fewer pipings.
D-10011: Max speed 900 RPM, rated for 1500 psi continuous pressure, makes them ideal applications requiring a controlled industrial process rather than shock-load. Instant response to electric hand servos or preset speed position controls delivers unparalleled accuracy in speed and motion control for processing machines.
Internally, it contains several radial rolling pistons, high-pressure relief valves, and a built-in gear pump with its own relief valve. It also has Oilgear’s pintle check-type suction and return valve. All these make the D-10011 suitable for operating in efficient differential and non-differential two-way systems with consistent pressure control and reliable startup performance.
By using Oilgear two-way variable displacement pumps, system designers can eliminate many external flow and directional valves, reduce electrical control requirements, cushion flow reversals, and achieve infinite flow variability. This leads to simpler systems, with less maintenance required, and far better long-term operating efficiency.
