Oilgear C-825 Radial Rolling Piston Pump is a constant delivery, single-action hydraulic pump, was designed specifically for open-loop hydraulic systems requiring a high degree of positive flow, mechanical stability, and a high level of operating dependability. The C-825 Radial Rolling Piston Pump represents the latest extension of the very successful oilgear line of radial rolling piston hydraulic pumps, whose legacy actually began in 1921.
This pump ensures smooth and continuous hydraulic output performance to a minimum, ensuring that the system pressure remains stable. The C-825 fixed displacement design makes sure that the performance behavior of the pump remains predictable. The load is evenly distributed by the rolling piston mechanism to the internal components. This ensures that the lifespan of the pump remains long.
The Oilgear C-825 has a displacement of a maximum of 21.36 cc/rev, and it can handle various flow rates based on the pump capacity and speed of the drive shaft. The fluid goes out only in one direction, and for the reversal of flow control, the circuit designers make use of the directional control valves.
It is designed to work at a maximum of 1800 RPM with a maximum continuous pressure of 3000 psi. This offers adequate functionality in high-pressure applications. Its flanging is coupled with an adjustable pressure relief valve. Such design offers adequate system protection against any pressure surge or overload condition.
Some models include the C-825, which can be equipped for clockwise, counterclockwise, or reverse rotation of the input shaft for easier installation. There is also the CG type, equipped with gear pumps and relief valves, which suits services for auxiliary and/or pilot valves. Suction, check, and back-pressure relief valves can also be included for supercharge functions.
The intended applications for the Oilgear C-825 will be hydraulic power units, presses, metal forming presses, material handling systems, and general-purpose hydraulic machinery that require the control of pressure and flow.
