Oilgear C-6025 Radial Rolling Piston Pump is a constant delivery, one-way hydraulic pump that has been engineered for open loop hydraulic systems where consistent flow, long life, and reliable performance are required in continuous operation. The C-6025 is part of the renowned C Series range offered by Oilgear, and its radial rolling piston heritage has been serving industries for over a century.
Having a fixed displacement functional design, the C-6025 pump provides a consistent hydraulic power output with minimal flow pulsations. This renders the C-6025 pump highly suitable for applications where smooth system reaction and consistent motion control are of the highest importance. The pump will function noiselessly and efficiently even under variable loads.
The Oilgear C-6025 has a displacement of 219.91 cc/rev and is able to develop higher flow rates based on the pump type and speed of the drive shaft. The device also allows for a maximum speed of 1200 RPM and supports an operating pressure of 3000 psi. The device has a fluid flow process that operates in only one direction, and controlling valves are present within the system to handle the flow reversal based on the requirements of the device.
Each C-6025 pump comes equipped with a relief valve whose role is to protect the pump from a pressure overload. The C-6025 pumps not only rotate in a clockwise and/or counterclockwise direction but also in a reversible manner. This makes the pump very useful in its application.
Additionally, Oilgear supplies CG-type arrangements for the C-6025, which feature the presence of gear pumps and relief valves, requiring the circuit to be auxiliary or pilot-operated. There is also the provision for suction valves, check valves, and back-pressure relief valves, which enable the pump to serve supercharge demands in a hydraulic system.
