Oilgear C-6017 Radial Rolling Piston Pump is a heavy-duty, constant delivery hydraulic pump designed specifically for open-loop hydraulic systems. This type of system is best suited for systems where a steady flow is a requirement. The C-6017 Radial Rolling Piston Pump is a part of the legendary C Series of Oilgear. This product boasts of a long history of using the radial rolling piston design concept. This product is designed for one-way fluid delivery.
With strong internal parts and precise machined rolling pistons, the C-6017 is able to provide smooth output of the fluid. This helps to minimize pulsation of the fluid and reduces the amount of vibration of the fluid. With fixed displacement, the C-6017 is able to provide constant fluid flow. This is necessary for applications that make constant use of the fluid pressure. With strong internal parts and components, the C-6017 is able to withstand fluid pressure variance.
The Oilgear C-6017 has a maximum displacement of 328.56 cc/rev, which enables the pump to handle high flow rates depending on the size of the pump, operating pressures, and the rpm of the drive shaft. The pump has the ability to run at speeds of up to 1200 RPM and can handle a maximum continuous operating pressure of up to 2100 psi. The C-6017 pump has high peak pressures for handling short-term loads.
The fluid discharge is unidirectional, while directional control valves can be utilized to change the direction of actuator motion whenever the need arises. Each pump flange has an adjustable relief valve designed to guard against possible overload shutdowns. The Oilgear C-6017 pump can be ordered with a clockwise rotation of the input shaft, counterclockwise rotation of the input shaft, or reversible rotation of the input shaft.
CG type configurations are also available, which include gear pumps and relief valves for aux or pilot valve controls. Other versions include suction valves, check valves, and back pressure relief valves for supercharging. The applications for the valves include hydraulic power units, presses, material handling systems, metal forming presses, and other industrial applications that require reliable flow and performance.
