Oilgear C-6011 Radial Rolling Piston Pump is a rugged, constant-delivery hydraulic pump. It has been designed specifically to suit applications that need consistent functionality and smooth operation, as well as durability. The pump is an extension of the C series range by Oilgear, continuing the heritage that has set the standard for dependable hydraulic transmission since 1921. The pump is a fixed displacement one-way pump.

The C-6011 comes equipped with a radial-rolling piston mechanism, which gives the pump high volumetric efficiency and ensures that it runs smoothly and vibrationlessly. The radial-rolling piston mechanism helps reduce the internal friction and wear and tear of the pump, which enables the pump to perform its duties under load and for an extended period. The maximum displacement of the C-6011 has a value of 468.48 cc/rev.

The Oilgear C-6011 operates in open-loop hydraulic circuits and is compatible with the most standard hydraulic fluids. It has a maximum continuous pressure of 1500 psi and can support peak pressures from 3000 psi, depending on configuration. Flow output will vary with different pump sizes and drive speed. For flexibility in system design, any number of pumps may be used, along with directional control valves to reverse flow. An integral adjustable relief valve assists in overpressure protection of the hydraulic system.

Available in either clockwise, counterclockwise, or reversing input shaft rotation, the C-6011 provides installation flexibility for retrofit and replacement projects. It finds wide application in industrial presses, material handling equipment, machine tools, lubrication systems, and auxiliary hydraulic circuits where durability and consistent output are critical. For legacy systems, Oilgear recommends transitioning to the PVV pump line; however, the C-6011 remains a trusted solution in many installed applications worldwide.
