Oilgear C-3511 Radial Rolling Piston Pump has been designed to be a constant delivery, one-way hydraulic pump meant for use in an open-loop hydraulic system. The Oilgear C-3511 employs the legendary radial rolling piston design that has been trusted since 1921 in industrial hydraulic applications. The radial rolling piston design has ensured that this particular pump has all the required characteristics for successful use in an industrial setting.

Engineered for reliability, the C-3511 offers smooth and predictable hydraulic output with less pulsation, which in turn will provide better control. Also, the fixed displacement design of the C-3511 ensures predictable hydraulic flow characteristics, which may not be possible with variable displacement designs. This feature will be beneficial where high performance and reliability are desired. The rugged internal design enables it to operate in a noise-free manner despite harsh operating conditions.

As the maximum displacement per revolution is 263.17 cc/rev, the Oilgear C-3511 has the capability of handling high flow rates based on the pump size, operating pressure, and the rotation speed of the drive shaft. In the pump, the fluid discharge is in a fixed direction; however, directional control valves may be incorporated into the system to handle the flow reversals as needed.

The C-3511 is designed to run at a maximum of 1200 RPM motor speed with the ability to withstand a maximum continuous pressure of 2500 psi. The maximum pressure is 3000 psi. The motor is designed to withstand the rigors of normal industrial usage with the ability to tolerate occasional maximum pressures. The motor is also designed with a flanged assembly combined with an adjustable relief valve to shield the hydraulics from excessive pressures.

Oilgear C-3511 Radial Rolling Piston Pump is also integrated with clockwise, reverse, or counterclockwise rotation of the input shaft. There are CG-type varieties that incorporate gear pumps and relief valves for auxiliary pilot circuits, so there are suction, check and back-pressure relief valves for the supercharge circuit.
