Oilgear C-2025 Radial Rolling Piston Pump is designed as a constant delivery one-way hydraulic pump specifically designed for the type of hydraulic systems that need flow stability, low noise, and reliable perfomance. Being part of the reliable C Series of the Oilgear company line, the delivery pump continues the tradition of the radial rolling piston which has been the standard of reliable hydraulic perfomance since 1921.
The Oilgear C-2025 is designed for a consistent output and low pulsation, resulting in a smooth operation when it comes to hydraulics. The fixed displacement design of the C-2025 ensures consistent flow, making it an ideal choice when it is indispensable to have a precise flow in a hydraulic system. The design also incorporates a radial rolling piston, contributing to low wear and tear, even when used under continuous operation.
With a displacement of a maximum of 54.4 cc/rev, the Oilgear C-2025 offers consistent flow rate dependent on the pump size, pressure of the system, and the rotational speed of the drive shaft. The fluid in the system is discharged in a single direction; however, directional control valves in the circuit can reverse this flow as needed.
The motor is capable of a maximal speed of 1800 RPM and a rated continuous pressure of 3000 psi. The identified capabilities of the motor make it feasible for the C-2025 to work with fluctuating loads with stability in hydraulic outputs. The continuous capability to develop hydraulic pressure prevents damages to the internal components of the C-2025.
Each Oilgear C-2025 pump features a flanged relief valve that can be adjusted to protect the hydraulic system from overload. The pumps also come in different rotation possibilities of the input shaft, including clockwise rotation, counterclockwise rotation, or reverses. Additionally, the CG series of the pump also features the use of built-in gear pumps and relief valves for the pilot circuits. Other features include suction valves, check valves, and back pressure relief valves.
