Oilgear C-2017 Radial Rolling Piston Pump is a constant delivery, one-way hydraulic pump specifically designed to meet the demands of open-loop hydraulic systems that require a consistent flow rate, smooth noise levels, and a long service life. As part of the C Series line of industry-recognized pumps offered by Oilgear, this delivery pump utilizes a time-tested radial rolling piston technology platform that has been in service use since 1921.
The C-2017 is designed for consistent output performance. This ensures it offers high hydraulic flow without pulsation effects. This not only enables it to provide efficiency in systems it serves but also reduces the effects of mechanical wear in other system components. The fixed displacement design reduces variability in operation while providing high hydraulic power. The C-2017 only supplies hydraulic power in one direction. This can be reversed by directional control valves in the system when necessary.
The Oilgear C-2017 pump has a displacement of a maximum of 82.24 cc/rev that enables it to deliver reliable flow rate according to the size of the pump, the pressure rating, and the speed of the drive shaft. The pump has the ability to operate at a speed of 1800 RPM that enables it to perform its duties effectively and efficiently even when handling hydraulic systems that are small to medium in size. It has a continuous pressure rating of 2100 psi.
Every pump of the C-2017 series features a flanged relief valve, which can be adjusted. It guards the hydraulic system against overload conditions and increases the overall safety of the pump. The pump features the possibility of a clockwise, counterclockwise, or reversing rotation of the input shaft. This makes it easy to combine the pump with a wide variety of machine installations.
