Oilgear C-15035 Radial Rolling Piston Pump is designed as a constant delivery one-way hydraulic pump intended for those hydraulic systems that demand high performance strength and stability of flow rate. It is part of the legendary C Series line of the famed Oilgear based on their long-standing tradition of excellence in the hydraulic pumping sector established back in 1921.
The C-15035 is specifically designed for heavy-duty industrial use and offers a consistent flow rate with a minimal pulsation rate in a hydraulic system. This fixed displacement pump ensures consistent performance in a hydraulic circuit where the system has to be consistent and repeatable for performance.
The maximum displacement rate for the oil piston has been given by the company to be 416.06 cc/rev, which enables the delivery of large volumes of flow depending on the size of the oil pump, the pressure class, and the rotational speed of the drive shaft. The oil will flow in one direction, whereas the direction control valves will reverse the flow direction based on the required configuration.
This pump has a maximum speed of 900 RPM as well as a maximum continuous pressure of 4000 psi. It also comes with a maximum peak pressure of 3000 psi. All these factors combine to provide a high performance while being in use without reducing its lifespan.
All Oilgear pumps of type C-15035 are flanged with an adjustable relief valve to prevent overload pressure situations in the hydraulic system.
