Oilgear C-10011 Radial Rolling Piston Pump is designed and built as a heavy-duty hydraulic unit that provides high performance for operations where long hydraulic service life and consistent hydraulic fluid flow and pressure are particularly necessary. The Oilgear C Series hydraulic units are legendary, and this model follows that legacy of hydraulic designs.

Oilgear C-10011 is designed with a one-way fixed displacement radial rolling piston pump mechanism, which ensures the components operate in an open loop hydraulic circuit with reliability as opposed to any complexity. The rolling piston mechanism ensures less wear of the components, which enables the components to function with minimal noise and under load conditions.

With a maximum theoretical displacement rate of 802.96cc/rev, it is possible for the C-10011 to provide great hydraulic volume, depending on the size of the pumps and speed of the drive. Based on standard speed drive and a pressure of 2500 PSI, GPM can range from 3.0 through 108.0 GPM, depending on user selection of pump size configuration.

The pump rated continuous pressure is 2500 PSI and the rated peak pressure is 3000 PSI, giving the pump adequate strength to carry out industrial tasks. The fact that Oilgear designed the pump ensures it operates under stable pressures with smooth outputs, an aspect important in most applications involving high pressures.

Capable of a maximum speed of 900 RPM, the C-10011 is designed with low speed and efficient hydraulic functionality. Discharge is done single acting, and there is the availability of external directional control valves when reverse flow is necessary. An adjustable relief valve is included with each of these units, protecting the hydraulic system from potential overload.

C-10011 units come with the flexibility of having clockwise rotation, counterclockwise rotation, or reversible shaft rotation. In addition, there are Oilgear CG-type series models that come with the integration of auxiliary gear pumps and relief valves for pilot or auxiliary circuits.
