They are known for high efficiency, and the spherical valve plate surface and complete balancing mechanism offer superior cylinder support, leading to a notable enhancement in efficiency.

Available in simple and well-balanced design, their shoe wear is reduced and reliability is significantly increased by the helical coil springs, which apply a steady stress on the shoe against the swash plate. The shoe's hydrostatic pocket allows it to gently move against the swash plate by absorbing hydraulic thrust produced by the piston.
