DPVG Liebherr Hydraulic Axial Piston Pump

The Liebherr DPVG axial piston pump is a variable displacement pump designed for closed loop circuits. The pump is available in nominal sizes ranging from 108 to 280 cm3 (6.59 to 17.09 in3). The nominal pressure of the units is 6526.71 psi and the maximum pressure is 7251.90 psi absolute.

The DPVG pump is designed for closed circuit operation in swash plate design. The pumping capacity of an axial piston pump is determined by the number and diameter of its pistons, the space between them in the block, and their stroke. The stroke of the pistons is determined by the angle of inclination of the bent axis or the swashplate.
