The Liebherr DPVD Axial Piston Hydraulic Pump are designed in double axial pistons as swashplates for open circuits. They comes in nominal sizes from 108–108 to 165–165. The nominal pressure of the pumps is 5,802 psi (400 bar) and the maximum pressure is 6,527 psi (450 bar).

Due to the double pump, they connect the hydraulic lines is greatly, because of simplified by a shared suction port. It also has an inverse drive with a 22° swivel angle,  which is very efficient and has a very high power density.

The Liebherr DPVD Axial Piston Hydraulic Pump is appreciated  with its innovative technology. Due to the inverse piston, the pump is able to swing large angles and can be used with nominal pressures up to 400 bar.
