Danfoss X20 Series 620 Piston Pump is a lightweight pump that delivers heavyweight solutions and is ideal for a wide range of medium-pressure mobile applications. These pumps provide the fastest response and recovery times in the open-circuit piston segment to get the job done faster. Danfoss X20 Series pumps maintain low margin pressure (~150 psi) with exceptional stability, reducing heat generation and helping to eliminate wasted energy.
Danfoss X20 Series 620 Piston Pump features advanced electronic controls such as the cold start and fan drive controls, which can be easily configured with pre-programmed development tools and controlled electronically for maximum flexibility and precision. They have more horsepower, which improves productivity without using more fuel. Furthermore, these pumps are available in simplified architecture, which reduces the number of leak points and makes easy maintenance.
Danfoss 620 series pumps come in 74 cm3 [4.54 in3] and 98 cm3 [5.98 in3] displacements, with a rating of 310 bar [4,496 psi]. They are able to produce more than 100 kW [134 horsepower], which makes them perfect for both stationary and mobile applications. These pumps much surpass the needs of the majority of applications, requiring 25% fewer parts and having a B-10 bearing life rated to over 80,000 hours at 2,000 psi. Additionally, their compact package size provides more flexibility when designing the engine compartment.
