Rexroth A30VG 2-Circuit Axial Piston Variable Pump is a dual-circuit, swashplate with integrated boost pump. It provides two independent, synchronously variable circuits in closed circuits, each with a flow of 28 cm3 per rotation. It can act as a hydraulic differential lock, both flows are regulated by a common control. There are numerous control mechanisms accessible, such as proportional electric control. The lack of flow dividers allows the A30VG to operate at a high efficiency.
A30VG series 10 pump works with both current pressure sensors and Rexroth standard controllers from series 3x and upwards. It can be electronically or mechanically adjusted. All functions needed to achieve a differential lock effect are integrated in the pump. The flow increases as the angle of the swashplate is adjusted from zero to its maximum value.
The Rexroth A30VG is designed for use with roller drives and wheel drives in conjunction with a series motor control or mechanical differential lock. While driving, it facilitates the easy switching of the hydraulic motors. The detailed proposal also addresses the needs of articulated robots that have single-wheel drives. It can also be used for synchronous working drives in a closed circuit with high efficiency requirements by manufacturers of construction machinery.
