Poclain PM50-45 Axial Piston Pump

Poclain PM50-45 Axial Piston Pump is designed for high performance closed loop hydrostatic transmission applications. With a variable displacement swashplate mechanism it allows continuous flow rate in both forward and reverse. This is achieved by the proportional relationship between flow rate, rotation speed and swashplate angle, for precise control for industrial use. The PM50-45 pump is available with multiple control options like servo mechanical, servo hydraulic, electrical, electro-proportional, automotive.

PM50-45 pump has several optional features including high pressure relief valves, flushing valves, displacement limiters, charge line filters. It is available in single or tandem and can rotate clockwise or counter clockwise, so it can be easily integrated in any hydraulic system. The pump has SAE B and SAE BB mounting flanges, which enables easier installation. The PM50-45 is robust, has many control options and is reliable for heavy duty hydraulic applications where power management is crucial.

Available in a displacement of 45 cm³/rev the PM50-45 pump delivers 162 L/min at 3600 rpm. It operates at 300 bar (4351 PSI) and can withstand up to 400 bar (5801 PSI) for medium to heavy duty applications. The optional charge pump maintains the circuit pressure, prevents cavitation and ensures stable and efficient operation under high demand. This charge pump reduces internal wear and ensures smooth operation even in tough conditions.
