Oilgear D-6011 Legacy Variable Displacement Pump is a heavy-duty two-way hydraulic pump suitable for precise flow control. It comes as part of the highly respected D Series range of Oilgear hydraulic pumps. When it comes to heavy-duty use with high-pressure applications over extended periods of time, the D-6011 is recognized for its robust build and dependable performance.

It uses an open-loop hydraulic system to provide the VARIABLE DISPLACEMENT based on the respective demands. In this way, the D-6011 eliminates the chances of LOSS OF PRESSURE or increased generations of HEAT in the system. Furthermore, the cylinder reacts immediately to the control of the electric hand servos or the speed position control to meet the demands of a machine requiring a smooth variation in the speeds.

With its maximum displacement of 468.48 cc/rev, the Oilgear D-6011 is capable of handling high-flow demands. The maximum continuous pressure of 1500 psi, as well as its peak pressure of up to 3000 psi, makes it reliable even at fluctuating levels. Additionally, its speed of 1200 RPM ensures that the flow is provided without causing much wear to its components.

The internal design consists of positive variable delivery, multi-radial rolling pistons, high-pressure relief valves, and gear pumps with relief valves. Moreover, the pintle check-type suction and return valve made by Oilgear is designed for efficient function in the differential as well as non-differential two-way systems.

With the help of the Oilgear D-6011, system designers are also capable of eliminating a variety of directional and flow control valves in the system. The pump further dampens flow reversals, reduces electrical control, and features infinite flow variation capability.

Oilgear does recommend upgrading the older D Type pumps such as the D-6011 to the current model PVV pumps where possible. The D-6011 remains a trusted option for applications involving the servicing, replacement, or retrofitting of older hydraulic systems.
