Oilgear D-3511 Legacy Variable Displacement Pump is designed as a heavy-duty, bidirectional hydraulic pump that can provide precise control of fluid flow, along with a long lifespan and functional reliability in open-loop hydraulic systems. The D-3511 model maintains the legacy of the radial rolling piston technology introduced by the D Series range of pumps offered by Oilgear, which has stood the test of time for several decades as a heavy-duty hydraulic fluid power component.
Based on variable displacement technology, the D-3511 adjusts its output flow rate depending on the demand of the system. Power is drawn depending on the amount of work done. It ensures that there is greater efficiency along with reduced heat generation and wastage of fluid in the hydraulic system. It provides instantaneous responses to changes in resistance without resorting to excessive throttling or orifice restriction found in other types of hydraulic systems.
Since it has a displacement of a maximum of 263.17 cc/rev, the Oilgear D-3511 ensures a constant flow of hydraulic fluid regardless of the operational conditions. The products operate at a speed of a maximum of 1200 RPM and can withstand a continuous pressure of up to 2500 psi. The design adopted by the products helps to eliminate any fluctuations in the flow of fluid.
The D-3511 has positive variable delivery control and high relief valves as standard features for the protection of the systems. The optional features can comprise one, two control systems, the gear pump relief valve for the auxiliary/pilot systems, and the Oilgear pintle check suction-return valves. The D-3511 pump can work efficiently in differential and non-differential two-way hydraulic systems, thereby eliminating the usage of control valves for direction and flow because of its built-in facilities for such processes.
Common uses for the Oilgear D-3511 include presses, processing machinery, material handling systems, and hydraulic power systems requiring high accuracy speed control and smooth reversal of direction of flow. The D-3511 can simplify hydraulic systems and reduce the need for electric control, thereby enhancing the reliability and maintainability of the overall system.
