Oilgear D-10017 Legacy Variable Displacement Pump is a heavy-duty, two-way hydraulic pump suitable for a wide range of industrial applications where the control of hydraulic fluid flow is of high importance. The pump is part of the Oilgear D Series, which is widely recognized as a series of heavy-duty hydraulic pumps offering years of unparalleled service under various operating conditions. The pump features a high displacement rate of approximately 533.39cc per revolution, making it suitable for application in industrial hydraulic systems where consistent power delivery is of high importance.
This heritage variable displacement pump provides hydraulic power proportional only to the work done. The flow discharge varies as per the requirement, and the pressure provides instant feedback for any resistance offered. Because of its unique operation, this type of pump contributes immensely to eliminating wastage of hydraulic power, heat, and excessive oil throttling, which is typically observable in fixed displacement pumping systems. The D-10017 features a positive variable delivery radial rolling piston pump with sophisticated internal controls. It can support one or two control options, high-pressure relief valves, an integrated gear pump with a relief valve, and Oilgear’s pintle check-type suction and return valve arrangement. The pump is thus well-suited to run both differential and non-differential two-way hydraulic systems. Utilizing a two-way variable displacement arrangement greatly reduces many of the external directional and flow control valves used in traditional hydraulic circuits.
