Oilgear C-811 Radial Rolling Piston Pump is a line of high-quality one-way hydraulic pumps designed for open-loop systems with a specialized requirement for steady performance, durability, and reliability. The C-811 Radial Rolling Piston Pump is a direct continuation of a legacy of successful designs created as a part of Oilgear’s well-established line of C Series solutions, since 1921.

The pump features a fixed displacement mechanism of a radial rolling piston, making the C-811 a smooth and even hydraulic performer. The fixed displacement mechanism of the pump enables the pump to be perfectly suited to applications where a high level of consistency is essential. The internal construction of the pump enables the device to operate effectively while making less noise.

The Oilgear C-811 comes equipped with a maximum displacement of 48.09cc/rev, ensuring controlled flow rates dependent on the size of the pump, the system pressure, as well as the speed of the drive shaft. Fluid discharge occurs in only one direction, though the reverse action of the system may be attained by the use of the directional control valves in the fluid system.

The pump has a maximal operating speed of 1800 RPM and a maximal continuous pressure of 1500 psi. The pump is designed for use in moderate-pressure industrial settings. The operating parameters of the pump are fixed to ensure stability of operation. The C-811 pump is provided with a flanged adjustable relief valve. This serves as a protective mechanism against overloading and sudden changes in pressure.

Oilgear C-811 models are provided with clockwise, counterclockwise, and reversing input shaft rotation. Additionally, there are options of CG type models which incorporate the same radial rolling piston pump coupled with the gear pumps and the relief valves suitable for auxiliary/pilot control. Then there are models provided with suction, check, and back-pressure valves that enable increased reliability of the supercharged systems.
