Oilgear C-23030 Radial Rolling Piston Pump is a heavy-duty constant-delivery hydraulic pump designed and assembled with specific needs of open-loop hydraulic systems in mind, including those requiring high flows and performance stability and durability. The pump series continues the heritage of Oilgear’s popular and successful series of radial rolling piston pumps that have enabled reliable hydraulic power transmission since 1921.
This hydraulic pump is designed for a high-performance working environment and has a smooth hydraulic flow characteristic and less pulsation, which helps to promote system stability whether working dynamically or statically. This hydraulic pump’s design is a fixed displacement one and hence suitable for the application because of the need for this equipment to have qualities of repeatability and robustness.
With a displacement of a maximum of 681.7 cc/rev, the Oilgear C-23030 is capable of handling a large volume of fluid flow in a hydraulic system dependent on the size of the pump, the level of pressure, and the rotational speed of the drive shaft. The type of pump used is one-way fluid discharge; however, directional control valves may be involved in the system to reverse the flow, if need be.
It can be concluded that the pump can go up to a maximum speed of 900 RPM as well as a maximum continuous pressure of 3500 psi. Such high pressures not only provide efficiency in operation but also prolong the life of the component. The pump is offered with either a clockwise, counterclockwise, or reverse rotation input shaft and comes with CG-type models that include gear pumps and relief valves for auxiliary and/or pilot valves, as well as suction, check, and back-pressure relief valves for supercharge systems.
