The Oilgear C-15025 Radial Rolling Piston Pump is a constant delivery, fixed-displacement, one-way hydraulic pump intended for use in open-loop hydraulic circuits. This pump requires a high level of dependability and durability. It follows the legendary tradition of the famous series of pumps from Oilgear, a design series that dates back to 1921.
The Oilgear C-15025 has a rugged radial rolling piston design, making it operate with a smooth flow of hydraulic fluid while being noiseless. The said design qualifies the unit to operate in a scenario where fluid flow needs to have a predictable performance.
Oilgear C-15025 has a displacement of a maximum of 527 cc/rev that enables it to provide stable hydraulic flow depending on its pump size, operating pressure, and speed of its drive shaft. Its design ensures that it discharges fluid flow in one direction, but if reversing is necessary, directional control valves can be adopted to reverse fluid flow.
The Oilgear C-15025 operates at a maximum speed of 900 RPM and has the ability to support a maximum continuous pressure of 3000 psi and a maximum peak pressure of 3000 psi to handle both continuous and occasional pressures without deteriorating the performance and life of the parts inside the system.
Oilgear C-Type pumps are available in various pump sizes with different capacities of pumps based on 2500 psi and standard speed of the drive in order to enable the design of systems to select the appropriate configuration for their hydraulic systems. All pumps are flanged with an adjustable relief valve to prevent overload and improve the level of safety of the hydraulic system.
The C-15025 can be ordered for clockwise, counter-clockwise, or reverse rotation of the input shaft. This accommodates a wide array of possible hydraulic systems. Oilgear also indicates a possible displacement of their older C-Type pumps by their new PVV offerings in the event a system needs an upgrade.
